The 16 centres under the Community Skill Parks are 25000 sq ft centers for Youth Engagement and Community Connect. I am leading the operations including forging collaboration with individuals, institutions, industry etc. for developing and running activities along with skill training.The responsibility also includes Heading the Engineering Division which is responsible for construction of Community Skill parks as part of implementing the Asian Development Bank Funding project.As part of the Business Development, leading a team to forge partnerships and collaborations.     Served as part of the leadership for 8+years ( 99 months) at KITCO Ltd (www.kitco.in). During the tenure, I had the opportunity to be part of the team to lead many of the initiatives aimed at transforming KITCO from a predominantly Kerala company to a Pan India Organisation. The last couple of years of my service in KITCO, I was heading the BD efforts and new business initiatives. KITCO is a leading Engineering and Technical Consultancy organisation with equal competencies in Management & Financial Consulting. We have more than 3500 project studies to our credit and have implemented 1000+ infrastructure projects. As a Group Head (reporting to the Managing Director), I was handling the Government Advisory projects of various departments of Government of Kerala, many state and central PSUs. I have successfully led many of the projects of Government/PSUs from concept to commissioning including preparation of DPRs, obtaining administrative sanctions, funding approval, technical sanctions for government funded projects.I was heading the team for major Urban Infrastructure projects including infrastructure augmentation of 500 Government Schools/ Colleges , setting up of greenfield Medical College, augmentation of infrastructure facilities in Taluk hospitals, establishment of International Research Institute for Ayurveda, etc.In the Marine Infrastructure Sector, the important projects include brownfield Shipyard at Kolkata for Cochin Shipyard, Major facility upgrade if Shipyard at Visakhapatanam, Kochi Water Metro, Cruise Terminal at Cochin Port etc. Has advised the project teams of infrastructure projects for BEL, HAL, HPCL, BPCL etc. During the tenure from 2013-2021,I have played a key role in bagging pan India projects in our efforts to expand the business operations. The efforts also include developing the talent within the organisation for future challenges and growth aspirations.

    Served as Short Service Commissioned Officer in Indian Navy for 10 years in the middle management position in design, engineering, contract management responsibilities. The key roles performed are listed below:Design: Design and construction support for India’s Nuclear Submarine Programme and Naval Submarines. Review of production drawings, change management proposals, OEM drawings & manuals. Contracts and Vendor Management: Technical Analysis and Commercial Evaluation of contracts related to indigenous development of components, machinery and systems, warship preservation projects (as part of refits). Continuous technical and commercial engagements with major OEMs for developing, testing and proving concepts of systems and equipment’s for Submarine applications. Project & Design Manager: Coordinated design and commercial activities including processing of extra claims, additional payments etc. with various departments of the organization and external agencies viz various development agencies under Ministry of Defence, production yard, Strategic partners (Russian, French & German consultants), Indian OEMs etc. Advance Engineering: Team lead for Implementing the 3D CAD-PLM design environment by defining various workflows, data structure, design protocols for seamless integration of design activities carried out by 22 cross functional groups within the organization, shipyards, overseeing teams, programme management office and various equipment Developing agencies/ firms.
