    Ms. Routhe was Vice President of Administrative Services at NRG Energy, Inc. As Chief Administrative Officer of the tenth largest international energy company in the world, Ms Routhe was responsible for human resources, industrial relations, public relations, communications, information technology, purchasing, office services, facilities, security, and travel. Ms. Routhe was a member of the senior management team and was in charge of all administration function aquisition activities including marketing, due diligence, transition planning and implementation. Ms. Routhe served as the coordinating officer of the compensation committee of NRG's Board of Directors and was also President of NRG Operating Services, a company that provided human resource, payroll, and benefit services to multinational subsidiaries and joint venture companies. Ms. Routhe was also elected Vice Chairperson of the International Independent Power Human Resources Association Board of Directors.
