    Mr. Salerno worked with Wells Fargo Bank regarding to its third party vendor contracts and outsourcing issues, which have become a paramount issue within the financial services industry. This counseling was designed to protect the bank from vulnerabilities which have befallen banks. Contract Gap Analysis was employed for each contract, and evaluated for OCC risk mitigation compliance. After the performance of the gap analysis, a resulting negotiation with the vendor took place to resolve all identified gaps. The gap analysis was primarily conducted for risk related terms. However, there were several non-OCC risk terms that had to be included in each contract.. As part of the gap review, each of the non-risk terms were reviewed to ensure that they were included in the contract.
