      I assist with the review of regulation permitting applications for work in and around watercourses, wetlands and hazardous areas. I also assist with environmental review of planning applications including consents, minor variances, zoning amendments, legal clearance requirements, technical reviews, surveys, and GIS air photo/mapping analysis. I am also involved with site inspections and field investigations relating to development and alterations around waterways and wetlands.
