Program Director - Executive Leadership Development Program
-
Jun 2015 - Jun 2019
My contribution began with an extensive external review of global best practice in leadership development, coupled with an in-depth needs analysis using human-centred design to inform the design of this leadership program for Macquarie's 300+ most senior leaders around the globe. I was then involved in the design, build and co-facilitation of this experiential program. The program and my role in it have been acclaimed both internally and externally. During this time I also conducted a review into succession planning approaches and role requirements for CEO and C-suite roles.
