• Partnered with cities globally, including London, New York, Philadelphia, and Charlotte, to develop and implement evidence based and effective violence prevention programming. Training materials included Program Management training, How to Work a Violent Incident, Hospital-based/linked Violence Intervention, Differential Diagnosis, Systematic Review, and Supporting Frontline Staff• Organizational lead for coordination of Department of Justice (DOJ) contracts and associated technical assistance projects (Supporting Male Survivors of Violence, Advancing Hospital-based Victims Services, etc.)• Designed violence prevention models targeted to multiple forms of violence (domestic violence, interpersonal violence, etc.) and adapted to fit local conditions (urban, rural, tribal, etc.)• Co-chair of the 2018 Healing Justice Alliance conference, the annual conference of the National Network of Hospital-based Violence Intervention Programs (NNHVIP), Cure Violence replication sites, and other health-based approaches to ending urban violence and supporting survivors
