    I started off as an Intern at DAI, and I held that position for not more than six months and thereafter I was promoted to Projects Manager in the USAID Project called SAIBL valued at $56million, under the Corporations & Linkages component.  After that I became a Senior Project Associate in the SAIBL project, BSP & Business Member Associations component responsible for co-ordinating the Business Service Providers and Business Member Organisation programme. My last position in SAIBL was Short Term Technical Assistance (STTA) position whereby I was consulting as a Business Linkages Specialist for the SAIBL, SME Competitiveness component for the Kwazulu Natal region specialising in Enterprise Development and Business Linkages.  I played a significant role as a member of the Corporations and Enterprise Linkages in attending the NMSDC Conference in the USA for train the trainer workshops. Upon coming back I was involved in a nationwide training campaign , training all Business Service provider for the SAIBL project nationwideThe other projects that I was involved in include the following: Tosca Rural Development Project, Free State Diary Farming Value Chain Analysis, Enterprise Linkages Initiative and the South African Supplier Development Council.
