Developed and led a diverse team of five professionals to engage with clinicians, healthcare professionals, and researchers in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. Increased health system partners in our Dementia Care Coordination program from one to 29 in three years and co-authored successful proposals resulting in in $1.75 million in funding. Consistently exceeded KPI metrics: the Chapter was recognized as having the most successful physician outreach program for three consecutive years. As part of a national work group, conceptualized the Association's current Health Systems Strategy. Frequently spoke at national and regional conferences. Co-authored three scientific abstracts that were published for the Alzheimer's Association International Conference (AAIC) in 2018, 2019, and 2022. Oversaw the Chapter Medical and Scientific Advisory Committee, comprised of internationally recognized clinicians and researchers working in the dementia space. Advisory Member of the Partners HealthCare Memory Care Work Group, which led to implementation of the organization's Memory Care Initiative. Participant in the Institute for Healthcare Improvement (IHI) Conversation Project Collaborative, along with several health systems in Massachusetts, to implement practices that reflect "What Matters Most" to patients.
