    I worked initially as a consultant to review and improve HR at Edelman's London office, and after a year I was asked to join the company full-time and be European HR Director. I was in charge of HR strategy for offices in France, Italy, Germany, Spain, Belgium, Sweden and Holland. I then started reporting to the International President, Alison Canning, and also worked on HR projects in Asia Pacific, South America and Canada.
