Additionally, I served as liaison between the district and other entities: the developers, public facilities, city and county governments, a multitude of municipal departments, school, fire, police, recreation, transit, neighboring districts and community associations.

Managed full staff of 60+; controller, front desk, concierge, housekeeping, maintenance. Developed and designed operations of homeowner association, rental program, hotel protocol and management of commercial spaces. Managed growth and operations; bringing property to phased build out and financial expectation. Managed an association budget of $1.5MM, a rental budget of over $2MM and property in excess of $400MM . Awarded the first “Manager of the Year” honor from Vail Associates Hospitality.
