Workstream lead for implementation of services into new countries. Agree and embed guiding principles of SLA measurement into operational working practices. Project Lead on transfer of Taleo reporting extracts from Business Objects to OBIEE. Establish and implement tools and methodology to monitor forecast and actual volumes in support of team capacity planning and financial forecasts. Development of standard data integrity reporting, of all key fields, to capture user deviations from standard workflow steps in Taleo. Redesign and simplify client dashboards to provide better visibility of key recruitment metrics. Maintain account documentation including Operations Manuals, Governance Manuals, Standard Operating Procedures and training material.

Drive global HR Operations strategy and services in line with budget, business objectives and growth. Ensure delivery of consistent, quality services and excellent client experience from regional hubs in Poland, Philippines and USA. Provide subject matter expertise on wider AMS projects and senior escalation point for all HR Operations issues. Accountable for legal compliance, governance and risk management of all services in scope. Responsible for the successful transition of global HR operations processes and data from HR.net to Workday (Core HR; Absence; Payroll; Expenses; Reporting) in collaboration with external implementation provider, internal functions and key stakeholders Management of regional external service providers including payroll, benefits and background screening. Design and delivery of operational and corporate reporting including analysis to identify wider business issues (such as headcount reporting; attrition data; sick leave variances). Delivery of annual HR process administration including executive summaries for board sign off (performance ratings; profit share plan; annual salary review). Collaborate with wider HR team and business sectors to ensure appropriate communications, engagement and training are in place. Support bid team with content for solution sales. Coaching and training of team to drive standard working practices and embed a culture of knowledge sharing, ‘right first time’ mentality and responsiveness to evolving client needs. Responsibility for all aspects of people management and development (team of 27 employees).

AMS – Research, design and implementation of new employee Profit Share Plan. AMS – Offshore HR Operations function from UK to Poland including review of scope, processes and ownership within HR function.
