As a member if the Guest Services team, I was the front line and first impression for guests staying at the hotel and those using the facilities. A four star property at one of the best known snow resorts, and recognised as the worlds' best "ski hotel", we catered for a huge variety of travellers and corporate guests. Living and working in Canada gave me the opportunity to continue developing cultural awareness whilst also catering for my love of travel and the great outdoors. Responsibilities included front of house administration, financial settlements, customer service and concierge.
