Directs 2010 website refresh project, 5-year strategic plan development process including workshops and plan format, monthly internal e-newsletter (ESA Connects), client service teams, client management program, staff and client surveys, sustainability initiative, advertising, press releases and media interactions, promotional campaigns including over 25 e-blast/flash pieces, three technically-focused newsletters published three times a year, and the firm's efforts to promote sustainable best management practices.

Led firm's marketing database conversion efforts in 2001 (Filemaker) and 2008 (Deltek Vision). Led firm's major brand refresh including roll-out, high-level collateral, website (www.esassoc.com), internal Intranet, promotional campaign, and product/package design, brand guidelines; coordinated with stakeholders, clients, outside vendors and internal designers to ensure team met schedule and budget. Developed and helped implement the ESA/Adolfson Associates integration plan.Environmental Science Associates ESOP. Managing Trustee. 1999-2003. Acted as lead trustee in all Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) affairs including annual appraisal, coordinating with outside appraisers and trust attorney, reviewing appraisal, coordinating with ESOP outside administrator, and communicating with all staff. Negotiated on behalf of the firm's ESOP to purchase the majority and minority owners' stock, including discussions with lending bank and attorneys. Environmental Science Associates. Board of Directors. 2003-2008. Member of 11-person board. Initiated and championed merger/acquisition of Adolfson Associates, a 45-person Pacific Northwest environmental firm.
