    Implemented an integrated Occupational Health System covering Primary Health Centers, Occupational Medicine segments, Pharmacy Inventory and Industrial Hygiene in the KNPC Refineries. Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSMS) is the fundamental part of an organization’s risk management strategy. Diligent implementation of OHSMS enables an organization to protect its workforce and others under its control. It is also a mandatory tool that helps to comply with legal requirements and facilitate continual improvement. The System helps in detecting the incidents of occupational hazards in the Refinery and communicating the same to the concerned.The Industrial Hygiene module was also implemented as part of the integrated Occupational health system. Coordinated with Users in QRA studies Actively involved in implementing and modeling the Industrial Hygiene Module as per the client's requirements and assisted the users in complying with KEPA regulations and standards. Exposure Assessment related to Chemical, Dermal, Noise, Heat, Biological, and Ergonomic risks were also configured in the Industrial Hygiene module.

  • Health Safety Environment Engineer

    Spearheaded the upgrade and maintenance of the Environment Information Systems. Implemented and modeled Industrial Hygiene as per user’s requirements and in compliance with Kuwait Environment Public Authority (KEPA) regulations. Qualitative risk assessments and associated risk matrices were configured in the Sphera Industrial Hygiene module. Also, implemented water module, identified various outfalls/discharge points within the facility, and configured in the system as per KEPA limits.

    Assigned as project engineer for Environment Information management Systems which is deployed in one of the leading oil and gas sectors. Emission standards as per AP42 were deployed as part of the project. Worked closely with Client Environment Engineers to align objectives with their goals. Also, involved in ESS (now Sphera) performance manager pilot study in Kuwait Petroleum Corporation. Data were collected from the stakeholder companies and dashboards were developed. Coordinated with team members as part of Project Management and organized monthly meetings with the users.
