I am semi retired but I still undertake some executive and career coaching (SES interview prep and CV reviews as well) for senior executives because I love it. I have coached in nearly all public sector agencies To Dep Sec level and believe that public servants are universally under-acknowledged as the intellectual powerhouse of Australian democracy. Over the top?? Not at all!!
