    • My first and most important responsibility becomes to acknowledge, greet, and engage with guests. • Assist in managing all Service Counter functions. • Responsible for supervising and ensuring proper checking and bagging techniques are being used. • Make sure all guests are being taken care of when they enter and when they leave the premises. • Make sackers and checkers take their breaks on time and also make sure that they go home on time. • Make sure that all checker and sackers keep busy at all times. • Assist in cleanliness and appearance of entire front-end, including check stands, floors, exterior front of store, parking lot, etc. • Assist with overall guest and team member safety. • Performs other duties as requested or required by management.

    • Separate and print all reports, as well as file, transmit or send all necessary documents to the store support center. • Verify and count all pull cash for the deposit from the previous days sales. Prepare all deposits for the bank, including: Western Union, Money Orders, Utilities, Checks, etc • Balance each checker till and keep an accurate total of each checkers over/short for the day. • Post all tenders and media to the proper accounts. • Balance the safe against our Store Reconciliation report (SRR) and get an accurate over/short for the total store. • May be called upon to act as front end help, such as checking, sacking and guest service. • May perform general office secretarial functions as needed or requested by management including invoice processing, return check processing, etc. • Performs other duties as requested or required by management.
