Led the production of all print and digital fundraising communications for the Wellesley Fund, the Parents Fund, reunion giving, and the Office of Gift Planning. Managed all vendor and freelance relationships—including copywriters, graphic designers, videographers, proofreaders, and print vendors. Ensured all fundraising communications were consistent with Wellesley's institutional messaging, brand, and visual identity. Worked in lockstep with the director of fundraising analytics to apply sophisticated segmentation to each appeal. RESULTS: In FY15, the direct marketing program alone raised $2.5 million in annual unrestricted, budget-relieving support—24% of the overall annual fund goal. Achieved a 50% alumnae participation rate, remaining one of the few U.S. colleges that can boast that level of alumni/ae support. Participation efforts were largely supported by a fiscal year-end alumnae participation challenge, marketed as "We Are Wellesley." Set a new record for the most online gifts made to Wellesley in a single day (1,004).
