    Hugo's Italian Bistro was a wonderful, authentic Italian restaurant with a full service bar and catering services. Previously a deli and catering business, the restaurant opened in November 2011. Here I helped manage the day to day operations including supervising personnel and performing all human resource work. The restaurant was closed due to lack of funding in January 2013 and I continued to work through January 2014 performing the steps necessary to close a business.
