    In 2011, as President of the Maryland/Washington, D.C. Chapter of the Council of Residential Specialists (CRS), Linda initiated an annual chapter event, Cruise on the Potomac, to coincide with annual national mid-year NAR and CRS meetings in D.C. Linda also worked on rebuilding the committee of Area(aka District) Vice Presidents for Maryland, Washington, D.C. (and parts of Delaware). Later, she volunteered with the chapter as the Chapter With A Heart Committee Chair 2013-2014 and National Council of Residential Specialists Global Alliance Committee Member 2013-2014.

Focused on rebuilding the committee of District Vice Presidents for Maryland and Washington, D.C., creating an annual event hosted by our CRS chapter to coincide with the national mid-year meetings in Washington, D.C. of the National Association of REALTORS(NAR) and the Council of Residential Specialists(CRS) and providing CRS classes to encourage agents to earn their designation.
