Managed the financial operations which consisted of tracking expenditures of Federal, State, County, Local government funds as well as private grants and donations amounting to over $5m. This was a private, not-for-profit organization providing services to the disabled and elderly. A fluctuation of 15-20 different programs required monitoring of budgets verses actual expenditures. Allocation of expenses, space and time was tracked and properly applied to each program. I managed the purchases, distribution and movement of inventory as well as scheduling use of facilities controlled by the agency. There were 3 full-time employees I managed in the financial department. Their jobs consisted of posting into the financial software, purchases, billing and payroll.
