    Managed the financial operations which consisted of tracking expenditures of Federal, State, County, Local government funds as well as private grants and donations amounting to over $5m. This was a private, not-for-profit organization providing services to the disabled and elderly. A fluctuation of 15-20 different programs required monitoring of budgets verses actual expenditures. Allocation of expenses, space and time was tracked and properly applied to each program. I managed the purchases, distribution and movement of inventory as well as scheduling use of facilities controlled by the agency. There were 3 full-time employees I managed in the financial department. Their jobs consisted of posting into the financial software, purchases, billing and payroll.

In some instances, visitors required scheduling and purchasing of airflights to various places throughout the country. Greeted visitors to the campus, answered phone calls and transfered to appropriate departments. Prepared large mailings for fund raising events and tracked incoming donations.
