Developed and implemented project-wide performance monitoring plan. Oversaw bi-annual progress reporting and annual results review deliverables. Oversaw the development and launch of an online HRH resource center. Designed, implemented and oversaw the project’s HRH capacity building research. Hired, trained and managed results and knowledge management staff, and managed several project budgets.
