T-Safe is a type of long-acting reversible contraception (LARC) that provides effective protection against unintended pregnancy for up to 10 years.• The T-Safe campaign aimed to increase awareness and uptake of this contraceptive method among young women in Kenya, particularly those in underserved and hard-to-reach communities. Through mobile technology platforms, including SMS messaging and social media, Triggerise Kenya promoted the benefits of T-Safe and provided information on how and where to access the contraceptive method.• The T-Safe campaign was part of Triggerise Kenya's broader efforts to improve the sexual and reproductive health of young people in Kenya and promote healthy behaviors and practices. By increasing access to effective contraception, Triggerise Kenya aims to reduce the rates of unintended pregnancy and unsafe abortion among young women in Kenya, which can have negative impacts on their health, education, and economic opportunities.
