Commissioner Velazquez’s highly engaging training style and bilingual skills earned her the opportunity to serve on behalf of the Agency in Honduras, Guatemala, Mexico, and Colombia where she worked with various stakeholders and managed various competing interests to ultimately deliver beyond the clients’ expectations.
