    During my time at OnNet I was responsible for developing WordPress themes and Plugins for high traffic sites including development of highly successful e-commerce products. Utilising Node.js, GULP, and task runners I also produced cutting edge front-end designs with fully responsive features.     Over the past two years I was involved in the development of Custom WordPress and Magento themes and plugins. I handled all aspects of development from from initial Project Planning, Interface Design, Corporate Identity Development, Front End Production jQuery / CSS, to building custom PHP modules for E-coomerce applications in Magento and final Deployment.Most of these projects made use of PHP and MySQL for the back-end development and JavaScript, jQuery and CSS for the Front-End Development.

    I developed a variety of multimedia and web based applications. These included work to develop a training and development system for The South African Department of Education in collaboration with the GTZ (Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit). The system was designed to be used by facilitators in the field gathering and packaging data into Occupational Profiles and Curriculum frameworks. The system was built using a PHP framework with a MySQL database and an intuitive designed javascript / AJAX user interface. Other notable projects included the production of multimedia presentation material outlining the functions of various mining processes utilising 3D animation and interactive illustrations.
