This system decreased processing time by 25% and signifacantly improved safety. This instrument is now sold commercially by Millipore.Negotiated with big ticket vendors to reduce prices on repetative purchases and instituted multiple cost saving measures which averaged over $100,000.00 yearly.Programmed a functioning cell feeding system which supported Pgp assay.Designed and fabricated a multipositioned disposable trough system for robots with peltier cooling and electric heating, which greatly improved assay by approximately 25% and allowed multiple assays to run using a common deck view.
