Accountable for overall business of $50M-$60M revenues, booking and P&L across Russia, Ukraine, CIS, Serbia, Bosnia & Monte-Negro for BSS & VAS Software and Solutions, & Professional Services. Main Accounts – Vimpelcom Beeline Russia, Kyivstar Ukraine, Kartel Beeline Kazakhstan, Unitel Uzbekistan, Vimpelcom Georgia, Tacom Tajikistan, Telecom Serbia, MTel Monte-Negro, Wind Italy. When I received the responsibility for this Area, some of the Accounts were in very challenging situation, delivery projects were heavily delayed, systems were operationally unstable, and Customer’s Satisfaction was very low. There was a significant risk of cancellation of the projects by the Customers, and activation of heavy penalties. Within relatively a short period, I have succeeded to orchestrate a turnaround, to stabilize the projects deliveries, improve significantly Customer’s Satisfaction, bring the Business back on track and consequently generate 100% more business than previously projected.
