At that time I was responsible for Staff Salaried payroll, run fortnightly end to end, using Timberline software until February 2012 and then Arion software until July 2014. Approx 400 employees. In addition, was responsible in Supervising:1. Fortnightly run EBA payroll, consisting of 250 Onshore ( Karratha Gas Plant) and Offshore permanent (mainly GWA or NRA Platforms) and 150 casual employees. The casual numbers varied from this number upto 700, due to various small and large shutdowns at different locations.2. Weekly PAYG returns, monthly Payroll Tax & Superannuation returns and remittances to various funds (approx. 200)3. Quarterly Long Service Leave returns to Portable LSL of WA for all EBA employees.4. Monthly payroll deduction reports and remitting to various vendors.Since December 2012, I relinguished this position to take up a Snr Payroll Officer, responsible for Offshore payroll processing of EBA – end to end. Data entry of timesheets into data base timewriting system which down loaded into Aurion payroll software. Data entry consisted of hundreds of cost coding items which were entered on a daily basis. Resolution of any payroll queries with prompt feedback and answers relation to the interpretation of the EBA and entitlements.

In that period of time, I had assignments of the same, for one year at Argyle and six months at Geraldton. Contracts in Karratha were completed in 1988, then transferred back to Perth Office where I worked in temporary positions in Purchasing and Site clerk duties in Kwinana Workshop and Site Clerk duties with Transfield Transmission Lines until December 1994.I was then seconded to Transfield-Stolt/Comex Seaway JV as payroll officer until TW were awarded contract with Woodside. Very good experience with Offshore payrolls that comprised of Diving and Welding crews, working on Indian ocean floor, laying gas pipeline from NRA to Karratha Gas Plant.
