    I worked for Cemex for over 6 years. I have done a number of different jobs for Cemex. When I first started with the company, I worked all over the state of Florida helping to install the new tracking system for the Ready-Mix part of Cemex. After that I was a plant manager in Brooksville for 5 years until the plant was shut down. I spent 6 months doing SOX/PACS auditing for Cemex. I helped create the standard Cemex was using in all the Ready-Mix Plants through the state of Florida to stay SOX/PACS compliant. After that job was completed I was transferred to our biggest Ready-Mix plant in the Tampa area. Most recently with Cemex I was running the Hudson Retail Store. I started the store from the ground up. I also helped in Customer Service in the Pasco/Hernando Dispatch.

    Compliance Specialist for Sarbanes Oxley Compliance (SOX), Tampa District. Worked in collaboration with another CEMEX employee as the compliance specialists for the 17 plants in the Tampa area. Created the Standard Operating Procedures used by the other districts through out the state and other parts of the country. In creating this manual, provision of training was required, this training was comprised of area managers and other SOX compliance specialists from the State of Florida on how to audit the ready mix plan, and what to look for an how to be compliant. CEMEX WAY, Team Member, Brooksville FL 2003-2003Team member on CEMEX WAY Team, to implement the Nextel's Ginco System for truck tracking. Responsible for ensuring that the drivers from each delivery area were instructed on usage of the tracking system and benefits for proper use. Worked in the customer service area to ensure that the system was being used properly. Worked with the dispatcher providing instruction to ensure confidence in solving problems that may arise from the wireless server or issues the drivers had with the phones.
