    It's a real team effort with Terri so we all tend to do a bit of everything - but essentially I am responsible for pretty much all of the production here - so I deal with the full process, from taking the original brief, through costing and budget sign off, to full shoot organisation, implementation and budget control, post production, delivery and final budget reconciliation and invoicing.     I spent years running my own busuness as a photographers agent - started in Manchester working with the very wonderful Graeme Cooper, Jan Chlebik and Phil Cawley. Ended up in London in a small office in Shoredich (long before it became the area it is today).Took some time out of the business for a few years - and came back in to work with the quite remarkable Terri Manduca.
