    Roles included:-Raw material quality checks and sign off including certificates of conformance, approved suppliers and site codes.-Scheduling, organising, requesting from supplier and then the checking and approval of raw material traceability exercises to trace batches to their farm origin.-Non conformance troubleshooting and problem solving, if raw material issues arose.-Investigating raw material issues from customer complaints and production.-Carrying out GMP and glass audits for raw material storage areas.-Traceablility exercise, raw material sampling, and mass balance schedule creation and maintenance.-Carrying out raw material assessment, and granting concession on suitable items or providing advice on actions.My role at Greencore required me to communicate effectively with a wide range of colleagues and suppliers on all levels.I ended my placement year on a high, as I was put forward to present as one of the most knowledgeable Quality Auditors on raw material checks in a supplier visit. I have returned for shifts following my placement whilst studying to help out the technical team.
