Senior Management Analyst for the Assets & Development Division within the City of Portland’s Bureau of Parks & Recreation (PP&R). Primary duties are to support the operational and financial management of 5 programs, including a capital development portfolio worth $200M, skilled labor maintenance team which accomplishes 10,000 work orders annually, and an asset portfolio valued at $1.5B. Helps guide the division’s effective utilization and tracking of capital and operational funding. Led change management initiatives and presented new processes, opportunities, and strategic recommendations to program and senior managers, including for bureau-wide roles in workplace relocation management, logistics analysis, and equity data analysis and implementation, impacting nearly 1,000 employees.
