    I assist with the operational and strategic management of the Community Care Centre in Askham Bar which covers York. I act as a duty manager for the site and a programme manager for services running from the centre. Duties include: planning and coordinating clinics that deliver up to 3500 vaccines per day, managing a team of up to 100 people including vaccinators, administrators, volunteers, traffic and security staff, maintaining performance and targets, liaising with relevant contractors, training staff to use clinical systems, ensuring correct stock and supplies and the successful running of the vaccination site. I have also been responsible for auditing and reporting, and presenting data in meetings with ICS and CCG and delivering daily briefings to the team. I have been in charge of external subcontracts with Tadcaster and Selby, and the successful running of a week-long surge vaccination programme utilizing pop-ups clinics in the York area. More recently, I have run service contracts, such as Spirometry, and acted as programme manager for the duration of the planning and delivery.
