    In this position I oversaw opening stores for the local franchise of Little Caesar’s. I oversaw the setup of all equipment and computer systems (including configuring point-of-sale (POS)), managed finances, inventory and product ordering. Additionally, while overseeing stores, I frequently problem solved issues with equipment, software, and employee quality as well as concerns from customers. At the beginning of this position I attended franchisee training with Little Caesar’s corporate in Michigan. Afterwards, I established a clientele, opened 3 stores, and hired and trained staff at all 3 locations. I excel at communication, both with employees and customers.
