Laurie Rosner is the Chair of Undergraduate Business Programs and Assistant Professor of Management at Bay Path University. Programs: Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, Nonprofit Management, Leadership in Organizational Studies, Small Business Development, and Interior Design Residential and Commercial. In May 2019, Laurie received the prestigious The Estelle Leavitt Award for Teaching Excellence which is chosen by University Faculty. Founder of BPU's Women in Business Program, Women in Business Club and Nonprofiit Club Advisor, 2017-current Board of Corporators member, Mason Wright - Colony Care at Home and Board of Trustees member for Willie Ross School for the Deaf and Chair of Development Committee. Past Grinspoon EI Faculty Advisor '17-'19, and Past President of the Springfield Rotary Club '16/'17. Past President of the North Central Connecticut Chamber of Commerce. Laurie is an experienced executive, professor, entrepreneur, and community leader. She led the overall marketing and branding of a community bank at the level of Senior Vice President for over 20 years. She was part of the executive team who brought the bank from $285 million to $2 billion with public trading on NASDAQ Global Select Stock Market. She has received numerous marketing awards on branding and innovation and has been a guest speaker locally and nationally, including Stamford University Faculty Club. She is the owner of a local marketing, business and leadership strategy company called A Story Making Company located in Enfield, CT.2008-Current adjunct for Bay Path in the MBA program with a focus in management, marketing, leadership and strategy. Was honored with Distinguished Adjunct Teaching Award in 2013. A private pilot, enjoys raised bed gardening and lives in Enfield with her husband, Gary. Her mission is to inspire others to learn, think, apply and embrace change all while being uncomfortable to become the leader they are meant to become.

In 2010, she was highlighted in Bay Pathway, Pushing the Limits story:"Laurie believed so strongly in the value of Bay Path’s MBA that she became an adjunct professor in the program."She is a recipient of the Harold Grinspoon Charitable Foundation (HGCF) Entrepreneurship Award for demonstrating an entrepreneurial spirit.
