    - Founded and directed innovative design and decor firm.- Acted as the Roney Palace Hotel sole representative and construction manager, oversaw all aspects of design and renovation.- Responsible for a $2 million remodeling budget.- Coordinated and led a 4 year project, which included the renovation of 585 hotel rooms, 200 apartments, 16 corridors and 1 lobby.- Managed all accounts payable and receivable, developed and maintained relationship with vendors and manufacturers.- Negotiated purchases and service contracts that resulted in greatly reduced cost for clients.- Reviewed and performed design plans, selected furniture, fabrics, paints, wallpapers, fixtures, cabinetry etc…
