    Administration of the federal Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) programs to finance public facility and infrastructure projects and social service programs.     Responsible for the implementation and administration of a wide range of project management, program oversight and monitoring of property management activities to assure regulatory compliance with federal Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and Home Investment Partnerships Program (HOME) grants provided by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Projects include multi-and single-family housing rehabilitation, site acquisition and redevelopment, Low-income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) funded new construction of traditional mixed income and alternative housing projects.Developed partnerships with local, state, and federal regulatory agencies, non-profit social service providers, property management employees, and private sector representatives to obtain information and provide technical assistance in grant writing and administration, project management, and preparation and management of budgets.
