• Produce weekly report summarizing COVID-19 vaccination data from BCHD-involved vaccination clinics using reproducible code that I wrote/developed in R.• Took initiative to code, publish, and update weekly an R Shiny online dashboard that visually displays COVID-19 vaccination clinic and outreach data and allows users to manipulate figures using built-in input panel, improving real-time utilization of data. • Oversaw design of two surveys to track vaccination outreach efforts by ambassadors and canvassers. Manage surveys in Google Forms, produce weekly PDF summary reports of each in R, and incorporate data into R Shiny web application described above.• Maps locations of clinics weekly using ArcGIS Online software.• Assists with REDCap database maintenance activities including: updating records, adding form fields, importing data files, and creating new instruments. Extracts clinic data from REDCap for analysis for clinic report/dashboard described above.• Presents report and dashboard data at weekly meetings and interprets key findings to help inform strategy changes/decisions and track progress towards vaccine targets.
