    During my 6 weeks at Zebra, I engaged in a wide range of legal work. This included the following;- Attending various meetings including contract negotiations, which helped me understand the role of the legal department from a commercial standpoint.- Taught how to amend contracts and review NDA agreements.- Conducted research for different team members which included researching privacy laws in South Africa and West African countries, researching competition law statute and identifying trends in them and also researching IP law in India.- Reviewed policies and made sure they were up to date. - Attended a session on presentation skills and put these to work by presenting my research back to the team.- Gained many transferable soft skills by replying to emails, attending team calls and setting up meetings.- Experienced a Hybrid working environment. I opted to work 4 days in office and 1 remotely.
