    I acted as the store assistant manager during my time at Pinkberry Stratford. Whilst in the role of assistant manger I performed task such as; -Creating staff rotas, taking into account store budgets,-Gathering inventory data and inputting that into the company computer systems,-Sending daily trading reports to the operations manager,-Interviewing potential candidates for various positions,-Training new team members for the next store locations.These tasks were in addition to my duties as a shift leader.
