    Affordable Learning Georgia is a GALILEO initiative to provide more affordable learning materials to University System of Georgia students. Management of this program was added to my responsibilities in 2013 and formalized in 2014.

    As the Director of GALILEO Support Services, I coordinate activities associated with support of GALILEO (Georgia's Virtual Library serving higher education, K12, and public libraries), including all user-facing services, such as online and electronic resource services, technical support, end-user support, library and online learning support, training, public relations, communications, and assessment. In addition, I act as lead for software and service development and integration projects, consulting and collaborating with project teams, institutional partners, vendors, and other entities to recommend and implement solutions to service needs, as well as ensure that our development process is iterative, user-centered, stakeholder- and customer-inclusive, consensus-driven, and accountable to project timeline and mission.
