    Department of Post has grown to become Auckland's largest Post Production facility over the past three years. My initial role of Facilities Manager was to coordinate the new building fit-out and client services. I became familiar with the workflow and my role expanded to Post Coordinator, where I led factual television, web series and podcasts through vision and audio finishing to network delivery.I also initiated systems to give management financial and long- term overviews while technical operators had hour by hour schedules.
