    As Project Manager on a variety of project types ranging from on-call service agreements to a replacement bed tower at an existing hospital, I led multidisciplinary design teams in various geographic locations to coordinate successful project deliveryAs an Interior Design representative, I joined a firmwide team in assessing and implementing quality control and quality assurance procedures resulting in a set of drawing templates to be used as a starting point when initiating new projects. As a result of this effort, I was asked to join additional teams developing protocols and standards for planning and managing projects in accordance with a clear project plan for quality. As a senior design professional, I supervised up to seven employees providing guidance and assessment on a regular basis in support of annual reviews with our Division Vice President.
