      I have over 20 years working within the automotive industry leading change and managing projects within dealer systems, dealer network, information technology, and dealer financing. The past ten years I have been primarily focused on the dealer portal strategy and implementing new processes, new systems and applications required for dealers to conduct their day to day business. During these years on DealerCONNECT I have consistently developed my leadership skills to seek out innovation, solve problems and overcome challenges. I have managed with my alliances in Canada, Mexico and International markets the global dealer portal. These markets and their dealer networks have unique requirements which require a strong direction, multi-franchise application development and deployment needs. I have also led the strategy of the FIAT franchise launch in the US on the dealer portal. This effort required knowledge of internal processes and organizations and bringing them together to meet the new FIAT networks initial and continuous requirements.I have and continue to lead and manage the vision, design and development of the core security application for global DealerCONNECT portal. Currently, the application services 150 countries and 200,000 users. The DealerCONNECT portal also supports an interface solution for our dealers through their Dealership Management Systems. This process is managed by me in conjunction with our IT partners and we continue to be the leader in the industry for OEM interface development.
