I can help with domain name registration, e-mail registration, options for LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, use of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, as well as daily fundamentals of record-keeping and correspondence via QuickBooks.

    What a GREAT COMPANY!!! I will miss eveyone of the WAHVE staff and the wahves I worked with.I originally started in April of 2018 when I accepted (Part-Time) the position of Systems Support Technician. In this capacity, I reviewed wahve independents/worker computers to make sure they have all the latest and up-to-date software (including Antivirus, Firewalls, VOIP setup, etc) to work for agencies and companies alike. I have helped people set up their new computers and provided them hints (Tips) with programs to make them more comfortable and more productive to fulfill their obligations to WAHVE and the Contracted Entity they work for/with. I was honored to work with such a great group and helping agencies fill positions when in need.

    I have been involved with one of the longest known AMS/Vertafore User Groups - over 25 years!! We promote agency knowledge of Vertafore products and a great deal more. I enjoy everything I do or have done with/for this group, from coordinating quarterly meetings and an Annual Conference at various New England locations, to teaching, to seeing and joining new and old friends.The best part for me to see a smile on someone's face when that "WOW moment" happens.

During my time I worked with over a hundred agencies of varying size and expertises (Personal Lines, Commercial Lines, Banks, Life and Health departments). This provides me a great knowledge base for suggestions and customization of agency work flows and transitioning.

I also worked with the IT Team to implement software applications that added additional products and profits of the organization. Two major projects were assigned to me and completed ahead of projected time.
