Locations: MA, CA, PA, WA and India. Technology: Development (Java and .net, n-tier web applications and e-commerce portals), Infrastructure (networks/servers/security) and Global Applications (e.g. ERP, BI, BPM, CRM). Select achievements: • Managing one Senior Technical Recruiter in Boston, two in Bangalore (one Mountain View for Digital) and all vendor relations. Trusted advisor to the business; working with Executives to define the requisite talent to meet new global objectives and introducing many new competencies. • Carry a full personal requisition load with many high value searches (Architect, Director, VP): Personally brought to hire $9M in base salaries without agency fees in the past 18 months; many passive candidates. >90% offers accepted. Quality of hire: 30+ ‘Strategic to the Business’, high performers from elite schools. Very low attrition. Created the strategy and managing all aspects of IM’s first major off-shoring effort. From 6/11, starting with 25 employees and 2 Recruiters based in India, employee #250 started in 6/12. • Leading employment branding initiatives and process changes.
