On need and availability basis, I have been on and off engaged since May 2019 as a FREELANCER with M/s. Careers International, an overseas recruitment manpower supply agency to support M/s. Saudi Specialize Industrial Services (SASP) Group for recruitment & procurement support. I was responsible to coordinate with the agency to source profiles for blue collar personnel & get office staff & engineers thru other sources. I screened & interviewed the blue & white collar personnel; verified skilled tradesmen & drivers/operators documents i.e. Driving License - type & validity; passport - ECR/ECNR & validity, work experience letters, etc.; screened candidates for health & communication; advised on the wordings of employment offer / appointment letter to adhere to the Saudi Labour Law; coordinated with the agency to obtain signed employment offer letters from the selected candidates; lined them up for the GAMCA medicals; submitted their passports for visa stamping; arranged for their air-ticketing & MIS reports. Also, I was required to identify local vendors for supply of materials & services as and when required by SASP, Saudi Arabia.
