The Global President role included global P&L >$1B, six business units, R&D, marketing and manufacturing (7 facilities) in additional to all staff functions. Led restructuring of two regional senior management teams into one global team. Drove >100 bps per year of OMX, while driving share gain (5.5% growth in 2014). Increased new product revenue by HSD and vitality from 6% to 18% since 2010. Established Hach as a benchmark at Danaher in Digital Marketing, IOT, New Product Development, Quality, Policy Deployment and Lean Manufacturing.
