Worked as a customer service representative using AS400 system to dispatch trucks. The AS400 system has many accounting functions for Receivables, Payable, etc. My position at ICC was more of consulting than just being a customer service representative. My role was to ensure customers fully understand trucking services. Those services including reading federal rules and regulations for routes of hazardous materials. After identifying the routes, all trucks loaded with hazardous materials must be tracked using GPS systems so we have knowledge of their whereabouts at all times.
