Responsibilities include managing of all Bilateral meetings and coordinated onsite requirement for support facilities including the Ops Hub, Transport Hub, Common Delegates Area, International Media Centre, Economy Spaces, Sponsor Booths, Ministers’ Holding Rooms and Bilateral Rooms, Secretariat rooms and other office suites at Suntec. • ASEAN Health Ministers Meeting held in July 2010 at Shangri-La• 20th World Orchid Conference and Show (WOC) 2011 – known as the 'Olympics of Orchids', 20WOC comprised three components: a four-day conference, eight-day World Orchid Conference Show and Marketplace. MP received the Best Business Event Service Experience for 20th WOC 2011 at the Singapore Experience Award in 2012.

    Part of the Singex Group and a wholly owned subsidiary of Temasek Holdings, Singex Exhibitions offers professional exhibition, conference and event management services.• Report directly to the Deputy General Manager.• Responsible for the Events department’s P&L• Work closely with the team to develop new business, including tender pitch and submission.• Led a team of 4 members to drive marketing, sponsorship, sales, operations, budget, as well as, engagement of partners and committee members.Highlights• Teachers’ Mass Lecture (2007 to 2009) – This seminar aims to inspire, motivate and re-energize teachers. Organised by the Ministry of Education, the lecture saw a huge turnout of 4,500 delegates each year.• International Maritime Security Conference 2009 – Organised by the Republic of Singapore Navy & S Rajaratnam School of International Studies, this conference attracted more than 600 high profile delegates. More than 30 chief of Navy and Heads of Delegations attended the conference.• Silver Industry Conference & Exhibitions 2008 – Organised by the Silver Industry Committee, the conference attracted a huge turnout of 586 delegates as Minister Mentor lee Kuan Yew was the luminary speaker. Special attention had ot be paid to security and logistics of the event.• ASOCIO.APICTA SINGAPORE 2007 – Led the events team to successfully clinch the event organized by the Singapore InfoComm Technology Federation. The programme comprised a local league competition to form an elite team to represent Singapore to compete at the regional ICT competition and an ICT Summit and Exhibition showcasing infocomm technology products and solutions in the region.
