    SUCCESS focal Person for the establishment, management and coordination of Civic Engagement Centers in South Sudan. I ensure the centers provide the support civil society need to grow into a vibrant and strong organizations. I Lead the Civic Engagement Centers' site assessments to identify potential locations for the establishment of additional centers throughout the states in South Sudan, Develop clear strategies for SUCCESS programming via the Civic Engagement centers and Work with the SUCCESS Human Resources team to recruit state-based staff to manage individual centers. Help orient newly hired States level staff to SUCCESS programs. In coordination with the SUCCESS operations and field teams, ensure that all Civic Engagement Centers are provided with the required equipment, supplies, and other items such as computers, internet and furniture needed for smooth running of the centers. Track Civic Engagement Center needs and ensure that the necessary materials and information are supplied in a timely manner ; Develop sustainability plans for the transition of the Civic Engagement Centers from SUCCESS to the local partners, Plan inter-state exchange activities to strengthen cooperation between civil society across South Sudan and I do Networking with local and international Non-governmental Organizations implementing CSO support activities to develop strategies for collaboration. I also do Work with Civic Engagement Center staff in each state to help establish and develop Community User committees for each Center, comprised of representatives from local civil society.
